Attendance packages do not include a property investment. Review the package inclusions and cancellation policy before payment. Email us with questions about accommodation, occupancy or applicable taxes. Payment is completed securely through Stripe.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Cancellation & guest changes.

Cancel at least 60 days before January 27, 2027: full refund of your retreat package payment.
Cancel 30–59 days before arrival: 50% refund of your retreat package payment.
Cancel fewer than 30 days before arrival, or do not attend: no refund.
One replacement guest is permitted up to seven days before arrival, subject to room arrangements. Email us to request the change.
If we cancel the retreat, we will refund your retreat package payment in full.

This policy applies to the retreat package and shared-room guest payments. Separately booked airfare and other travel purchases are subject to their providers’ terms. Send cancellation requests to Lance@Growth1031.com.
